About Michael
I am an industrial designer currently studying at the Rhode Island School of Design. I have growing experience in skills such as 3D digital modeling, 3D printing, drawing, form prototyping, and more. College has given me a good environment to expand my list of skills while developing existing ones.

How did I get into design?
I have always been someone who likes to make. As a child, it was drawing stories, origami, and of course Lego that took up my playtime. As a teenager, it was aluminum wireframe models and digital models that hooked me. Alongside these hobbies, I learned pencil sketching in an institute that taught this sort of thing.

I enjoy crafting but I like "making things up" more. Creating something that looks pretty or works beautifully or is fun satisfies me. Design was an obvious choice.
What am I working on now?
Outside of college assignments, which now mostly consist of product designs and form studies, I've decided to expand my horizons and dipped my toes into game development, which I've always been interested in. I am also working on this website. Web UI is something I am learning about.
